I am MJA's Managing Partner and founder of the firm’s Behavioural & Emergent Structural Transformation (BEST©) framework of organization design.
I thrives on collaborating with large and small organizations, assisting clients tackle complex business challenges and address the human/behavioural aspects, as well as technology, associated with change.
I specialize in stakeholder facilitation and consultation, change management and communication, negotiation, planning and project management for both information services and business strategy projects.
I work closely with each client team to understand their unique challenges in an effort to structure an action plan that unleashes their organization’s hidden potential. My ultimate goal is to break through barriers, and coach individuals and organizations on how to build their own capabilities and skills to ensure sustainability of improved performance.
I holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor of Administrative Studies honours degree, specializing in General Management, from York University.
