Groups on iBizBook are online communication networks involving multiple participants sharing views on specific issues or topics. Groups can be created Open where anyone can join and can view the group or Private where it requires approval for new members to join. For Private groups, anyone can view the group's description but only group members are allowed to see the group's content.

Any registered user can create a group. For example, an individual may create a group to share views and opinions about a business or a service. A business may create a group of their loyal customers to announce early offers to them or to collect their feedback on how to improve services.
