To create, publish, unpublish and edit a blog entry you must be a registered iBizBook member.
Navigate to Blogs on the top menu.
Once in the Blogs you can create a blog entry at any time through 'New Entry' tab (the right most tab in Blogs tabs) or through 'Write New Entry' in Blogs->My Account tab.
In the pop-up window of the blog entry you can edit blog entry's title and description, format text, upload and embed images and documents, embed videos, update keywords and tags, publish or unpublish the blog entry etc.
