Navigate to Home->Inbox
Use 'Inbox' to view a list of your incoming messages. Once in your 'Inbox', you can apply 'Mark as Read', 'Mark as Unread' and 'Delete Message' to one or many of your incoming messages.
Use 'Sent' to list all your sent messages. Once in your 'Sent', you can also apply 'Delete Message' to one or many of your sent messages.
Use 'Write' to write a message to one of your friends. Type the recipient's iBB ID (or select one recipient from 'Friend List' then 'Add as recipient'), subject and the message body then send. A message will be shown to confirm that the message has been successfully sent.
You can also use your iBB Me shortcut 'New Messages' to view a list of your unread messages.
