| Imagine paying for a service and then when you need it not receiving it. How would it make you feel? In my case it made me almost separate from a brand that I enjoy and begin to look for alternatives. With all cars you can expect certain levels of maintenance related issues to come up with the use and ownership of any vehicle. To avoid these expenses most consumers will buy into a warranty agreement to protect them from unnecessary cost and to provide piece of mind. The BMW Road hazard warranty that I bought did not provide me with either of those. This is a perfect example of what happens when you don’t read the fine print and it’s also in my opinion a perfect example of misrepresentation of services in Print and Online material. |
